Directions1. Warm Olive Oil into large frying pan add butter 2 Cook shrimp turning after about 2 minutes, then cook 2 more mins and remove from pan and set aside.3. Add garlic and let sizzle until flavor is released4. Add sliced onions a nd cook until softened5. Add Diced Tomatoes, wickles, white wine and seasonings6 Let simmer for 10-15 mins7 Return shrimp to pan and serve over white cauliflower rice
