I'm trying to get back to healthier eating so I started by making guacamole. Its great for snacking on between meals. I don't even use crackers or veggies. I just eat it by the spoonful!
1. Cut open a perfectly ripe avocado and spoon into a Cuisinart mini food processor.
2. Add top of minted garlic, 1/2 tsp cilantro, and 2 top lime juice then blend.
3. Finely dice 1 Tbs onion and 3 Tbs tomato.
4. Mix and voila! Yummy guacamole! Enjoy!
